Getting Started

How the rental process works

Step 1:

Contact us to place an order via phone, make an appointment, create a wish list, or email your consultant directly (for frequent renters).

Step 2:

Your order is created, and the availability of products and services is verified. You will get an emailed quote from your consultant.

Step 3:

Confirm your quote after all necessary changes and updates have been made. Customer Service will send you a link to sign your contracts and pay the deposit.

Step 4:

Sign, pay, and you’re done! It’s as simple as that.

What's next?

When your event is over

Pack up all items the way you received them. When the truck arrives for pick-up, the items must be ready for transport unless you have paid for take down or your contract states the items include removal.
